Pistol Pop-up Match

4/7/12

Saturday April 7th 2012 was an absolutely stellar day to do battle with the pop-up targets. A gorgeous cloudless blue sky greeted the 144 shooters that came out to shoot in 44 relays! Temperaures were in the mid 50's and there was little wind. This may have been one of, if not the largest turnout for a pistol pop-up shoot in FoCP's history. Shooting started at 0900 and ran until 1600 (4PM) which made for a looong day.

The pictures are out of the camera and in the computer!

I should have the pics and score soon!!

We appreciate your patience during the heavy turnouts for these shoots and thank you for your patience while waiting to register and shoot. It's you the shooters who make these matches successful to help the Friends of Camp Perry succeed in their mission!
Speaking of scores, click here to check them out!
The Friends of Camp Perry would like to extend a thank you to the Ohio Rifle and Pistol Association (ORPA), the Camp Perry staff, Col. Dean Brown and Col. Barb Clemens of CPTS and Col. Todd Audet of the 200th RED HORSE for their assistance and support in making these events happen!
